140g Sugar 砂糖
2 Eggs 雞蛋
150g All-purpose Flour 中筋麵粉
1/2tsp Baking Powder發粉
80ml Milk 牛奶
1/2tsp Vanilla Extract 呍尼拿精華
Blue food colouring 藍色食用色素
(For the Buttercream Frosting 牛油忌廉)
100g Unsalted Butter/ Vegetable Shortening 無鹽牛油／固體菜油
130g Icing Sugar 糖霜
1-2Tbsp Milk/ Water 水／牛奶
